Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Cancellations made 21 or more days before the trip will be refunded in full. Cancellations made between 20 and 7 days before departure are subject to a 50% charge of the total booking price. Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure, or in the case of a no-show, are non-refundable. If the trip is cancelled by us due to weather conditions or other force majeure events, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a voucher of equal value valid for 12 months.
